CEVICHE DE PESCADO

Sustainable catch of the day, infused with flavors straight from Mexico. Mixed with lime, red onion, habanero peppers, and cilantro. Served with salted flour buñuelos and cucumber slices.

FLAUTAS*

Six crispy flour tortillas stuffed with chicken tinga, cotija cheese, red onions, and a side of fire-roasted red salsa. Served on a bed of lettuce and topped with pico de gallo and sour cream.

COCONUT SHRIMP

Deep fried jumbo shrimp crusted with Panko and coconut shavings. Served atop a bed of cilantro-lime rice with a chipotle-butter-lime dipping sauce on the side.

DE LA CASA BOWL

Panko-crusted fried chicken, served on a bed of chopped romaine and iceberg lettuce with fire-roasted corn, black beans, crispy tortilla chips, cheddar cheese, avocado, jalapenos and cilantro. Tossed in a cilantro jalapeno ranch dressing and served in a flour tortilla bowl.

Free-range, all natural, shredded chicken breast marinated in traditional Mexican salsa verde and wrapped in crispy melted cheese. Topped with avocado, micro greens, and cotija cheese. Served on a corn tortilla.
